A smaller kitchen does not have to be an unattractive kitchen! This 10’ wide space suffered from plywood cabinets, undersized appliances & a layout that did not suit the owners needs. We doubled the size of the island, included full-size commercial appliances in our design & kept it light and bright - but timeless. This kitchen is exactly what this brownstone needed to feel complete!

Originally built in the early 1900’s, this charming 1600 sq. ft farmhouse had a double car garage, no primary bedroom or ensuite and finishes from another era. A full gut renovation (in the middle of Catskills winter season) turned this Manor into a stunning mid century modern showpiece of natural wood finishes, bold black & white accents, and more than doubled in size coming in at 3400 sq. ft after a new 2nd floor addition and garage-conversion to include a year-round recreation room complete with a bar and 14 feet of folding glass doors.

Every client deserves for their space to be their own, even if they buy a modern turn-key condo! Staying true to their style and desire for comfortable kid-friendly finishes, this space was screaming for velvet and leather, and a brand new kitchen! The 18’ island was completely demolished and started anew, eliminating the raised beverage counter and incorporating a seamless book matched quartz waterfall countertop. Opting for a medium grey island and rich black wall cabinets, this kitchen was the inspiration behind the whole-home wall finishes, custom photo wallpapers, and pops of modern décor throughout.

Built in the 1970s, Bold Lodge was originally a ski chalet on a private mountain in Upstate New York. Rather than a full gut renovation, we opted for a cosmetic makeover with furnishings and decor that embraced the history of the space and the activities in the area; while allowing the property to quickly get listed for rent in a booming short-term rental market. The property has been fully rented at an occupancy rate of 85% or higher since 2017, and plans to undergo a cosmetic renovation in 2023.

A 10x10 kitchen does not have to be basic! This project was the culmination of a client full of personality and risk tasking! When the client’s wish list includes white, light, bright & gold - we deliver! Featuring a modern shaker in solid wood, with gold veined quartz and a brass in-lay Carrara marble backsplash, this kitchen ended up highlighting the owners energy and spirit while staying true to the space and retaining its resale value. You cannot go wrong with too much white in a small space!
