In their first year after meeting, Michael and John fell in love, renovated and sold an apartment in Harlem, renovated and opened a wildly successful Airbnb in the Catskills&then headed for the suburbs.A year later they renovated their New Jersey home, opened Unjumbold in Hoboken, John became a licensed Realtor in New Jersey and they began customer-facing renovations. Now, with 3 properties in the Catskills, and becoming in-demand Renovation Designers inNew Jersey, they get to focus on creating beautiful spaces for clients with the recently added Kitchen, Bath&Home Design Showroom at their retail location on 257 1st Street Hoboken NJ. 

Meet Michael! Michael is the eyes behind the details and organization. Michael grew up in Dunellen, NJ, After going to college in Virginia for Elementary Education, Michael realized that teaching wasnot what he was passionate about, so he continued his retail career path and channeled his energy into running successful Retail Stores. Michael grew into the Corporate Retail World where he is now a Director of Visuals for a well known global apparel company. 

Meet John! Born and raised in Texas, John then moved to New York City at age 18 and relocated to New Jersey in 2019 with Michael. Johns first several jobs were retail, but he eventually pursued a degreein Musical Theatre and Business. After a decade of producing live entertainment, designing building&opening Bars /Restaurants/Venues in NYC, and running  Airbnbs, his passions have landed them on 1st Street in Hoboken. 

Both Michael and John share similar design aesthetics, an affinity for modern minimalism finished off with eclectic bold finishes and furnishings. Their love of the outdoors and Upstate New York shinesthrough in their embrace of natural wood finishes and rich warm tones.
